St. Vrain Valley Schools Education Foundation and the Sunrise Stampede Committee are excited to announce that this year the Sunrise Stampede will be a 5K run/walk with a 1 mile fun run. We are looking forward to hosting an in person race, as a community event to kick off the 2021-2022 school year.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- June 10th: Registration Opens
- August 10th at Noon: Registration Closes
- August 12th to August 15th: Virtual Race
- August 14th: In-Person Race
- 6:45 am – Check In, Race Day Registration and Vendor Alley Open
- 7:45 am – Race Day Registration Closes
- 8:00 am – 5K start
- 9:15 am – 1 Mile Fun Run start
- 10:00 am – Awards Ceremony
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
5K Race:
- $25 for 5K from June 10th to July 15th
- Entry into the In-Person 5K Race
- Includes a Sunrise Stampede t-shirt
- Entry into race day give-a-way drawing (must be present to win)
- $30 for 5K from July 16th to August 10th at noon
- Entry into the In-Person 5K Race
- Includes a Sunrise Stampede t-shirt
- Entry into race day give-a-way drawing (must be present to win)
- $30 for 5K on Race Day – August 14th
- Entry into the In-Person 5K Race
- Entry into race day give-a-way drawing (must be present to win)
- NO Sunrise Stampede t-shirt
- FREE for the first 200 St. Vrain Valley Schools’ Students to register for the 5K, courtesy of Longmont United Hospital Centura Health. (After free regisrations are fulfilled students can register for $10)
1 Mile Fun Run:
- For Students 13 & Under
- $10 for 1 Mile Fun Run from June 10th to August 10th at noon
- Entry into the In-Person 1 Mile Fun Run
- Includes a Sunrise Stampede t-shirt
- Race medal
- Entry into race day give-a-way drawing (must be present to win)
- $10 for 1 Mile Fun Run on Race Day – August 14th
- Entry into the In-Person 1 Mile Fun Run
